In total, the enemy launched 23 missile and 61 air strikes, fired 41 times from multiple launch rocket systems at the positions of our troops and populated areas.
In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, the operational situation remained unchanged. No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
On the Siversky and Slobozhansky directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shells settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation, and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. Our troops stopped an attempt by an enemy subversive reconnaissance group near Stara Huta, Sumy region.
The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of Oleksandrivka , Sumy region; Ogirtseve, Kharkiv region. About 20 settlements came under enemy artillery and mortar fire, including Buda-Vorobiivska, Yeline in Chernihiv region; Seredyna Buda, Lukashivka, Starykove in Sumy region; Kozacha Lopan, Lukiantsi, Ternova in Kharkiv region.
In the Kupyansk sector, the enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions. The enemy carried out air strikes in the vicinity of Petropavlivka and Kotlyarivka in the Kharkiv region. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Sinkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Stepova Novoselivka in Kharkiv region.
On the Liman direction, our soldiers repelled three enemy attacks near the village of Terny in Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried to break through the defense of our troops. The enemy also launched air strikes near Pershotravneve, Kharkiv region, and Yampolivka, Donetsk region. Artillery and mortar shelling affected more than 10 settlements, including Nevske in Luhansk region; Terny, Yampolivka, Torske in Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut sector, our troops repelled 7 attacks in the areas of Bilohorivka, Luhansk region; Ivanivske, Klishchiyivka, Andriivka, Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried to improve the tactical situation. The enemy conducted air strikes near Chasiv Yar and Razdolivka in Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Kalynivka, Chasiv Yar, Stupochky in Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka sector, our defenders repelled nine attacks near Semenivka, Umanske and Pervomaiske in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of air power, tried to drive our units out of their positions. The enemy also launched air strikes near the settlements of Novobakhmutivka, Berdychi, Orlivka in Donetsk Oblast. About 20 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar attacks, including Berdychi, Umanske, Netaylove, Nevelske in the Donetsk region.
In the Novopavlivsk sector, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of Heorhiivka, Novomykhailivka and east of Vodyane in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried to break through the defense of our troops 16 times. The enemy also launched air strikes near the towns of Pobeda and Urozhayne in Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire from the occupiers, including Sharp, Maksymilianivka, Kostyantynivka, and Urozhayne in Donetsk Oblast.
On the Orikhivske direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, launched two attacks on the positions of our defenders near Staromayorske in Donetsk region and Robotyne in Zaporizhzhya region. About 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Malynivka, Poltavka, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka in Zaporizhzhia region.
In the Kherson sector, the enemy made two attacks on Ukrainian troops' positions on the left bank of the Dnipro River during the day. More than 10 localities came under artillery and mortar fire, including Zolota Balka, Kizomys, Antonivka, Krynky, and Poniativka in Kherson region.
According to official information, over the course of the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces struck at 10 areas where enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated.
The missile troops destroyed 2 UAV control points, 1 air defense vehicle, 1 radio-electronicB station and 1 artillery vehicle of the enemy.
