Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba met with the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of North Macedonia, Timcho Mutsunski, on the sidelines of the Dubrovnik Forum in Croatia, in particular, they discussed the preparation of a bilateral security agreement.
