The Minister of Defense of Ukraine named three domains of Ukrainian strategy and announced enemy losses. According to Fedorov, Russia loses up to 428 soldiers per square kilometer of Donetsk region.

Ukraine's Minister of Defense Mykhailo Fedorov addressed defense ministers during a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the "Ramstein" format, stating that the Ukrainian approach to war is based on three domains - air, land, and economy. The minister also said that Russia loses 254 soldiers for every square kilometer, and an average of 428 in Donetsk region. Fedorov wrote about this on Telegram, as reported by UNN.

We are starting the "Ramstein" meeting. I addressed the defense ministers, partners, colleagues, and media representatives. Ukraine seeks peace. Our diplomatic efforts continue daily. But diplomacy works when Ukraine is strong on the battlefield and when Russia's ability to continue the war is significantly reduced. Our approach to war is based on three domains - air, land, and economy. And it is already yielding results.

- Fedorov wrote.

He noted that this winter, the enemy launched 462 ballistic missiles, almost 600 cruise missiles, and 27,000 Shahed-type drones at Ukraine.

The goal is to destroy the energy system and leave people without electricity. Ukraine stood strong. We strengthened air defense. The interception rate for cruise missiles reached almost 80%, and for drones - up to 90%.

- Fedorov added.

He also emphasized that the Defense Forces on the battlefield are not only holding positions but also increasing pressure.

Russia's losses have reached a level that exceeds its mobilization rates. We are making every meter of Ukrainian land extremely costly for the enemy. Today, Russia loses 254 soldiers for every square kilometer, and an average of 428 in Donetsk region. In parallel, we are increasing pressure on Russia's economy, particularly in the energy sector. We are disrupting logistics, increasing costs, and reducing resources for financing the war. Our priorities remain unchanged: air defense, scaling up Ukrainian drones and missiles, and providing long-range artillery ammunition. Today, we will present new initiatives to strengthen cooperation. These are true win-win partnerships.

- the minister added.
