Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a conversation with Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, after which he announced that decisions are being prepared to further motivate our military - both in terms of manning units and additional funding for the army. The Head of State stated this in his evening address, as reported by UNN.
