On the Day of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the defenders of the Ukrainian sky, congratulated them on the holiday, awarded them state honors, presented higher military ranks, a battle flag, and honorary title ribbons.
Zelenskyy noted that the Ukrainian Air Force mastered modern air defense systems in record time. Our aces have been piloting F-16s and Mirages for several years, our pilots are already training in Sweden, and soon we will see "Gripens" in the Ukrainian sky, and work is ongoing with France to also have "Rafales" in the Ukrainian sky.

Furthermore, the President emphasized that the Russian leader's last bet is massive air strikes against Ukraine.
