According to the investigation, on August 18, around 10:00, the Russian armed forces shelled the town of Kupyansk. Kupyansk.
A 52-year-old woman was wounded. Private households were damaged. Under the procedural supervision of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations were initiated into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
