Russia attacked Ukraine overnight with two ballistic missiles and 143 drones; one missile and 116 drones were shot down or suppressed, the Ukrainian Air Force reported on Tuesday, according to UNN.

According to the Ukrainian Air Force, on the night of April 21 (from 6:00 PM on April 20), the enemy attacked with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Kursk region - Russia, and 143 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types of attack UAVs from the directions of: Kursk, Bryansk, Oryol, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk - Russia, Gvardeyskoye - temporarily occupied territory of Crimea, temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk, about 80 of them being "Shaheds."
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

According to preliminary data, as of 09:00, air defense forces shot down/suppressed 116 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types in the north, south, and east of the country. 22 attack UAVs were recorded to have hit 17 locations.
The attack continues, enemy UAVs are in the airspace.
