"Under the procedural guidance of the Khadzhibey District Prosecutor's Office of Odesa, the activities of a group of individuals, who are being checked for involvement in kidnapping and armed robbery, have been stopped," the PGO stated.
According to the investigation, "on April 21, in Odesa, they abducted a man on Prokhorovska Street." "The victim was forcibly put into a bus and driven around the city. During the illegal detention, physical and psychological pressure was applied to him, he was threatened with violence, beaten, and demanded 30 thousand US dollars," the Prosecutor General's Office reported.
