Addition
On April 21, a detention involving shooting and pursuit took place in Odesa, with the participation of SBU officers and possibly the TCC.
The SBU Directorate in Odesa region confirmed the detention and promised to provide details later.
Meanwhile, information appeared in Ukrainian media that the detainees were employees of the Peresyp District Territorial Recruitment Center. They were found to have bats, brass knuckles, and foreign currency.
They allegedly demanded $30,000 from a man with a deferment and the status of a combatant. If the Ukrainian did not bring this money, they threatened mobilization. The man sought help from SBU officers.
