Frosts and strong gusts of wind are returning to Ukraine: which regions should prepare

The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center warns of winds of 15–20 m/s and night frosts in the air and on the ground. The bad weather will last until April 25 and threatens fruit trees.
In the coming days, frosts are expected in Ukraine, and in addition - strong gusts of wind, reports UNN with reference to the State Emergency Service and Ukrhydrometcenter.
According to Ukrhydrometcenter forecasts, on April 23, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s (hazard level I - yellow) are expected in the capital, as well as in the western and northern regions during the day.

On the night of April 24, frosts of 0-3° (hazard level II - orange) are expected in the air in Kyiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, and Kharkiv regions; in the rest of the territory - frosts of 0-5° (hazard level I - yellow) on the soil surface.
On the night of April 25, frosts of 0-3° (hazard level II - orange) are expected in the air in Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, and Kharkiv regions; in the rest of the territory, except for the west - frosts of 0-5° (hazard level I - yellow) on the soil surface.
The report states that frosts will damage early-flowering fruit trees.
