Due to Russian shelling, there are power outages in eight regions. No blackouts are scheduled; however, consumers are asked to shift their electricity usage to daytime hours.

Due to Russian attacks, residents in parts of eight regions are without power; electricity consumption has decreased, and no blackouts are planned, but it is advisable to shift active energy use to daytime hours, the Ministry of Energy and NPC Ukrenergo reported on Friday, UNN writes.
As a result of hostilities and shelling of energy facilities, some consumers in Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Khmelnytskyi, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions remain temporarily without electricity supply,
As indicated, power engineers are working in an intensified mode to restore electricity supply to all subscribers as quickly as possible. Restoration work continues around the clock.
"No restrictions are forecasted for today. Active energy consumption today should be shifted to daytime hours - from 11:00 to 15:00," the report states.
In the evening hours, consumers are asked to use electricity sparingly where possible - from 18:00 to 22:00. This helps reduce the load on the system.
According to Ukrenergo, electricity consumption has decreased amid clear weather in most regions of Ukraine.
