Russians damaged equipment at one of Ukrenergo's substations in Zaporizhzhia region and gas distribution networks in Kharkiv region. This was stated by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, writes UNN.

It is noted that the enemy continues to terrorize the energy infrastructure, particularly in frontline regions.

A drone attack on the NEC "Ukrenergo" substation in Zaporizhzhia region was recorded. No casualties. However, there is damage to equipment. Consumers were not de-energized

In addition, in Kharkiv region, as a result of enemy shelling, gas distribution networks were damaged, and 617 consumers were disconnected from gas supply.

Generation

Yesterday, due to favorable weather conditions and, accordingly, active electricity generation by solar power plants, at the command of the NEC "Ukrenergo" dispatcher, restrictions on renewable energy generation were applied from 9:36 to 16:33 with a total value of 1298 MW

- the Ministry of Energy said.

The department assures that no electricity deficit is expected for the current day either. In reserve are 16 units and 3 bodies of thermal power plants and combined heat and power plants, which will be involved if necessary. Commercial import and export of electricity are planned.

Import/Export

For the current day, electricity import is forecast at 850 MWh, and export to Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, and Hungary is also expected – up to 5100 MWh.

Situation at ZNPP

The water level in the station's cooling pond is 15.54 m. This is sufficient to meet the needs of the ZNPP.

The 330 kV line that supplied the ZNPP remains de-energized.
