The investment group ICU was involved in cases concerning Medvedchuk, Poroshenko, Yanukovych, and "Rotterdam+". The company remains outside the attention of law enforcement, which raises questions.

Over the two years of war, ICU has allocated more than UAH 300 million to help projects in Ukraine and paid more than UAH 330 million in taxes, while Avangard Bank has donated more than UAH 127 million to support Ukraine.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine denied that diplomats had abandoned the Ukrainian citizen detained in Thailand, saying that the embassy had been assisting him since his detention for overstaying his visa and was now organizing his return to Ukraine.
