Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
Andriy Ivanovych Sybiha was born on January 1, 1975, in the city of Zboriv, Ternopil Oblast. He received his higher education at Ivan Franko Lviv State University, graduating with degrees in "International Relations" in 1997 and "Law" in 1999. His diplomatic career began in 1997 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, after which he held positions at the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland and headed the Consular Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 2016 to 2021, he served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Turkey, was Deputy Head of the Office of the President, and since September 5, 2024, he has held the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
