Biden emphasized that both the Ukrainian military is holding back russia's offensive along the entire front line, and Israel, along with its allies, repelled a massive missile and drone attack by Iran last weekend.

According to the US president, now is not the time to abandon friends, so the House of Representatives should pass urgent aid laws for Ukraine and Israel. He also noted that the security of the United States is at stake.

We will send military equipment from our own stockpiles, and then use the money authorized by Congress to replenish those stockpiles by buying from American suppliers. (...) He explained that it would bring "investment in America's industrial base" and provide jobs in many states.
