The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has published information about the structure and enterprises of the production cooperation of Russian Iskander-M ballistic missiles. This was reported by UNN with reference to GUR.
Details
The information is published in the "Components in Weapons" section of the War&Sanctions portal. It concerns the structure, list of components, and fifty enterprises involved in the production of the 9M723 ballistic missile of the Iskander-M operational-tactical missile system.
The main contractor for state contracts for the development and production of 9M723 missiles is the Russian "Kolomna Machine-Building Design Bureau".
Missile production is carried out at the facilities of the "Votkinsk Plant". Both enterprises have long been under sanctions by most countries of the sanctions coalition, as have most other manufacturers of components for the ballistic Iskander.
At the same time, 13 of the 49 enterprises disclosed today are currently not under sanctions by any country in the sanctions coalition. Among them:
- "Morozov Plant" - one of the manufacturers of solid-fuel charges for Iskander engines;
- companies "PSB-Technologies" and "Pantes" - manufacturers of board kits for "Kometa", which the enemy began to install in 9M723 missiles instead of false targets;
- "Serpukhov Metallist Plant" - manufacturer of accelerometers for the platformless inertial navigation system of the missile.
