The bad weather resulted in snow drifts of up to 1.5 meters in some places and hampered traffic in Odesa, Mykolaiv and other regions of Ukraine, with some roads closed. Mustafa Nayem, head of the State Agency for Reconstruction, said that strong winds were hampering road clearing, even though crews were working in an intensified mode

Due to the bad weather, most of the snow in the morning was on the highways in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions, with drifts up to 1.5 meters high in some places . This was reported on Monday by the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction Mustafa Nayem, UNN writes.

More and more roads are covered with snow. We have heavy snow, wind gusts up to 30 m/s. In the north of Ukraine - 20-30 cm, in the west and in the center - 10 cm, Nayem said on Telegram.
