The personnel of the Russian military contingent in Syria are in a depressed state due to the success of opposition forces ― the capture of Aleppo, fighting in the Hama area and the advance to Homs. This was announced on Tuesday, December 3, by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine, reports UNN.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, the Syrian government army and Russian military units are suffering significant losses, fleeing their positions, leaving weapons and equipment ― the retreat is chaotic.
Arabic-Russian translators are urgently sent to the city of Hama, where the fighting is taking place ― apparently, according to the Gur, for the needs of officers of the Russian Armed Forces who are trying to revive the troops of Bashar al-Assad.
Also, planned rotations of Russian troops in Syria have been suspended.
