In the border area of Sumy region, there is an enemy infiltration zone where the enemy is trying to intensify assault operations, difficult battles are ongoing, there is no breakthrough deep into the territory for now, reported on Monday the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Kovalenko on Telegram, writes UNN.

The battles are difficult, there is no enemy breakthrough deep into the territory as of now. The Defense Forces of Ukraine are doing everything possible to prevent the enemy from increasing their presence in the Sumy region; the enemy has significant losses.
