In temporarily occupied Crimea, explosions rang out in Feodosia and Sevastopol during the night of August 22, while in Yevpatoria, drone debris fell onto a nine-story building. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Crimean Wind," citing local residents, UNN writes.

According to the channel, in Yevpatoria, Russian air defenses allegedly attempted to shoot down a drone flying toward an electrical substation. The debris fell onto a building at 146 Internatsionalna Street, after which a fire broke out on the second floor. Police cordoned off the scene, while a fragment of the drone remained on the road.

The distance from the building to the Moynaki substation is about 350 meters. The 110/35/10 kV substation is an important energy hub for the region. Reports that this substation had been hit had previously emerged during attacks on Crimea.

Explosions rang out in Feodosia and Sevastopol

In Feodosia, according to preliminary information from "Crimean Wind," an explosion occurred near Mount Pasha-Tepe, also known as Bald Mountain. A local resident reported that after the explosion, the red signal lights on the tower located there were no longer visible.

At 02:06 in Sevastopol, according to reports from the channel's subscribers, the gunfire of mobile fire groups and explosions could be heard. No air-raid alert was announced at the time.

At 01:32, "Crimean Wind" reported a powerful explosion in Feodosia. Later, local residents said they had heard a missile flying overhead before the explosion, while at around 01:56, ambulance or fire-engine sirens could be heard in the city.
