The High Anti-Corruption Court has applied preventive measures to 4 more suspects in the legalization of 460 million UAH through elite construction near Kyiv, UNN reports, citing the SAPO.

Investigative judges of the HACC applied preventive measures to 4 more members of an organized group involved in the legalization of property obtained by criminal means on an especially large scale 

- the report states.

Thus, the court applied: 

  • to the co-founders of the service cooperative – bail in the amount of 10.6 million UAH and 9.9 million UAH respectively;
    • to the director of a private company – 20 million UAH bail;
      • to a confidant of the minister – bail in the amount of 15 million UAH.

        Note that all the mentioned suspects are controlled by the former Vice Prime Minister.

        The SAPO noted that preventive measures have already been applied to the former Vice Prime Minister and a businessman in this and another criminal proceeding. The issue of filing other motions with the court is still being decided.
