Earlier, business ombudsman Roman Vashchuk told UNN that there are many opportunities for entrepreneurs now thanks to international grants and advisory support. Currently, new business support centers are being opened for them with the support of local authorities.
One of them was launched at the Brovary City Council in 2023 as part of the EU4Business: SME Recovery, Competitiveness and Internationalization Programme, co-funded by the European Union and the German Government and implemented by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
The Center provides free consulting support to potential entrepreneurs and persons planning to start or scale up their own business on existing grant proposals, requirements for obtaining them, business registration, business activities, installation of temporary structures, lease of premises, advertising, etc.
"About 150 people have applied to the Center this year. Micro and small businesses are most interested in business support and consultations," the Center said.
For the convenience of entrepreneurs, the Center has its own page on the official website of Brovary City Council and in social media, where information about business opportunities and events is regularly updated. You can also sign up for a consultation online via a Google form or by phone.
In addition, the Center organizes thematic events and trainings, including webinars on tax law, legislative changes, and marketing and business promotion trainings funded by the local budget. Through cooperation with partners such as UWE HUB, the Center continues to expand its capabilities to support entrepreneurs on their path to success.
