240 combat engagements recorded at the front over the past day. The most difficult situation is in the Huliaipole and Pokrovsk directions, where the AFU repelled 68 enemy assaults.
A sharp increase in the number of battles has been recorded at the front — 240 combat engagements took place over the past day. The most difficult situation remains in the Hulyiaipole and Pokrovsk directions, where the Defense Forces repelled a total of 68 assaults. This was reported by the General Staff of Ukraine, according to UNN.
Over the past day, the enemy carried out 86 air strikes, dropping 265 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they deployed 9,184 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,296 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops, including 38 from multiple launch rocket systems
The aggressor carried out air strikes, particularly in the areas of the settlements of Fotovyzh, Tovstodubove, Bachivsk, Vilna Sloboda, Sukhodil, Ulanove, Lisne, Partyzanske, Stukalivka, and Holyshivske in the Sumy region.
Over the past day, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces hit two areas of manpower concentration, three UAV command posts, and two enemy artillery systems.
In the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, one combat engagement took place yesterday. The aggressor launched four air strikes using nine guided aerial bombs, carried out 94 shellings of our troops' positions and settlements, including 17 using MLRS.
In the South Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units 10 times near Starytsia, Lyman, Vovchanski Khutory, and in the direction of Okhrimivka and Dvorichanske.
In the Kupiansk direction, our defenders stopped one attempt by the enemy to advance towards the settlement of Hlushkivka.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy tried to break into our defense 17 times in the areas of Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Stavky, Dibrova, and in the direction of Shyikivka and Lyman.
In the Slovyansk direction, the enemy launched 12 assaults near Zakitne, Riznykivka, and towards the settlements of Kryva Luka and Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy made two futile attempts to displace our defenders from their positions in the Nykyforivka area and in the direction of Tykhonivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the occupiers carried out 17 attacks in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Pleshchiivka, Rusyniv Yar, Illinivka, and in the direction of Mykolaipillia.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 30 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, and towards the settlements of Novyi Donbas, Novooleksandrivka, Shevchenko, Bilytske, Dobropillia, Serhiivka, Novopidhorodne, and Novopavlivka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked five times in the area of Ternove, Vorone, and towards Dobropillia.
In the Hulyiaipole direction, the occupiers carried out 38 attacks near the settlements of Rybne, Varvarivka, Zaliznychne, and towards Novoselivka, Dobropillia, Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, Staroukrainka, Hulyiaipilske, and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy assaulted the positions of our defenders once in the area of the settlement of Stepove.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, our defenders successfully stopped one offensive action towards Antonivka.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
