The SBI has completed a pre-trial investigation against three Kyiv law enforcement officers who illegally detained a Swiss citizen and a Ukrainian for 6 days in March 2022.

In Mykolaiv region, the Security Service of Ukraine detained a woman who secretly recorded the locations of Ukrainian troops and transmitted information to the Russian military through an anonymous chat room. The woman was caught trying to pass on intelligence that could have exposed the troops' movements.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is conducting unannounced inspections of territorial recruitment centers, revealing numerous violations. Defense Minister Umerov thanked the law enforcement agencies for their cooperation in correcting the shortcomings.

On January 27, a russian subversive group shot and killed a 54-year-old man and his 68-year-old sister as they drove between two villages in Sumy region. Ukrainian law enforcement launched an investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war.
