The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, reported on Tuesday that he had heard a report from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, on the situation at the front, noting that the Ukrainian army has good defensive results in the Zaporizhzhia direction. The President also noted that the recently appointed Commander of the Ground Forces, Mykhailo Drapaty, and the Deputy Commander-in-Chief, Oleh Apostol, have already begun to fulfill their tasks. "We expect the effectiveness of their service in their new positions, and this will directly affect the increase in the combat capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Zelenskyy emphasized.
