A recruiting center for joining the Armed Forces of Ukraine has opened in Odesa, offering advice and assistance in choosing positions that match civilian skills for men and women aged 18 to 60.

A recruiting center for those who want to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been opened in Odesa on the basis of the administrative services center. It is located in the administrative services center at 2-d Kosivska Street. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, UNN reports.

What services are available at the center

The center's services are available to men and women aged 18 to 60. In particular, citizens can receive consultations from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and on Friday from 9:00 to 16:45.

No calls are served here, and no personal information is transferred to the CCC - the Center operates on a "civilian to civilian" basis. Here you can get advice on available positions in the units, help in choosing a position that will match your skills in civilian life, and, if you wish, be recruited to the military unit of your choice.

According to Oleksiy Bezhevets, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine's recruiting commissioner, each person is supported at all stages, from consultation to signing a contract.

"We find the contacts of all military units across the country, and we communicate. We tell them that the person is interested in what vacancies are available, and we communicate. Then we accompany the person if there are any misunderstandings at the TCC or the training center. This involves the entire vertical to make sure that the person really gets to where they want to go and where they are expected," he said.

During the official opening, the military spoke about the positions available. A representative of the Territorial Defense Forces, Tetyana Choroba, noted that there are four brigades in the southern region:

"They are mostly volunteers who have no previous military experience and decided to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The highest priority positions are currently UAV operators and electronic warfare operators. However, these units have vacancies for every taste for people with different civilian experience," she said in a statement.

The Ministry of Defense notes that recruitment centers ensure confidentiality, allowing you to apply without disclosing personal data. Currently, more than 10,000 vacancies are available, including positions of cooks, repairmen, drivers, doctors, and UAV operators.

Currently, there are 26 recruitment centers across Ukraine, including in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Poltava, Uzhhorod, and other cities. More than 10,000 people have used the services of these
