It is important that partners see this, and it is important that they not only see but also react, especially partners in the United States of America, who often say that Russia allegedly wants to end the war.
He emphasized that completely different rhetoric and other signals are coming from Russia – and as official orders to their army.
We need to see this mood of Russia and react to it. And when they are in such a mood, they will undermine diplomacy, trying with various diplomatic formulations, pressure on one point or another in documents, to simply cover up their desire to destroy Ukraine, Ukrainians, the desire to legitimize Russia's theft of our land. And then – other countries in Europe, which someone in Russia may someday call their supposedly "historical lands."
According to him, real protection from this Russian history of madness is needed, and "now we will continue to work with all partners to ensure that such protection truly exists."
Security solutions are needed, financial solutions are needed, including on Russian assets, political solutions are needed.
