The President denied the use of unofficial names for territories during negotiations. Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of preserving Donbas's sovereignty.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on The New York Times publication regarding the alleged use of the term "Donnyland" during negotiations concerning part of the Donetsk region. Zelenskyy told journalists about this, as reported by UNN.
According to the Head of State, only official names of Ukrainian territories are used in his negotiations.
During my negotiations, there are no other terms than Donetsk region, Luhansk region, our Donbas, Ukrainian land. Accordingly, there are documents where all this is stated
At the same time, the President noted that he would not comment on unofficial dialogues between different parties.
As for other names, I cannot comment on any dialogues of a different nature between the parties
