Due to the hostile attack, the transmission system operator is applying hourly power outage schedules. Power engineers have restored power to 29 thousand consumers, and imports of 9200 MWh from 5 countries are planned.

Ukraine is now applying hourly power outage schedules, with imports from 5 countries planned, the Energy Ministry said on Monday, UNN reports.

Generation and consumption

"As a result of the hostile attack, the transmission system operator is temporarily applying hourly outage schedules," the Ministry of Energy said.

They called on all consumers to use electricity rationally and economically. "Rational consumption of electricity helps reduce the load on the energy system," the agency emphasized.

Over the past day, power engineers restored power to 29,048 consumers who were cut off as a result of the hostilities.

Situation at ZNPP

"The water level in the cooling pond is 14.14 meters. This is enough to meet the needs of the plant," the statement said.

Import 

For the current day, imports from Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Moldova are forecasted to total 9200 MWh with a capacity of 650 MW.
