The General Staff recorded the highest enemy activity in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka directions. Defense forces repelled dozens of assaults across various sectors.
Since the beginning of the day, the number of aggressor attacks at the front has already reached 64. The enemy is actively operating in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka directions, UNN reports, citing the General Staff summary.
Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, in the Sumy region, the settlements of Tovstodubove, Korenok, Bachivsk, Vilna Sloboda, Ryzhivka, Khodyne, Fotovyzh, Iskryskivshchyna, and Kysla Dubyna were affected. In addition, the enemy launched airstrikes on the areas of Luzhky and Esman in the Sumy region
In the Pivnichno-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, an enemy attack on our troops' positions near the settlement of Myropilske continues; furthermore, the adversary carried out 63 shellings of settlements and our troops' positions, one of which involved multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi direction, the adversary twice stormed the positions of our units in the areas of Starytsia and Krasne Pershe.
In the Kupiansk direction, the adversary attempted to improve its position eight times in the areas of Kurylivka, Pishchane, Kivsharivka, and Novoplatonivka. Five combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian warriors repelled four attempts by the invaders to advance toward the settlement of Lyman.
In the Sloviansk and Kramatorsk directions, the enemy did not conduct active operations.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 13 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Stepanivka, Yablunivka, and Sofiivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have attempted 18 times to push our warriors from their positions in the areas of Bilytske, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Pokrovsk, Novomykolaivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, and Filiia. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivsk direction, the enemy went on the offensive three times in the areas of Oleksandrohrad and Novohryhorivka. Currently, two combat engagements are ongoing.
In the Huiaipole direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled ten enemy attacks in the areas of Varvarivka, Zaliznychne, Huiaipilske, Tsvitkove, Hirke, Sviatopetrivka, Olenokostiantynivka, and Myrny. The enemy launched airstrikes in the areas of Vozdvyzhenske, Verkhnia Tersa, and Huiaipilske. Three more combat engagements are ongoing.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy launched airstrikes on the areas of Mykilske and Tavriiske.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy conducted two futile attacks toward the Antonivka Bridge and near Bilohrudyi Island.
In other directions, there are currently no significant changes in the situation. No enemy attempts to advance have been recorded, the General Staff summarized.
