"Our support can save lives": US Ambassador calls for increased aid to Ukraine after Russian missile attack on Chernihiv

Ms. Bridget Brink, the US ambassador to Ukraine, against the background of the latest missile attack on Chernihiv, called on Washington to provide Ukraine with a new aid package, because it can save the lives of its citizens in Kyiv. This is stated in her statement in X, reports UNN.

She posted a photo of the aftermath of the Russian strike on the center of Chernihiv. The ambassador said that at least 11 people were killed and 22 others were injured in the attack (at the time of publication, 13 dead and 61 injured were reported - ed.)
