Occupiers have started large-scale development of the Azov Sea coast for Russians - CNS
Kyiv • UNN
In the Kherson region, the enemy is building commercial housing for its military instead of restoring local homes. Residents of the temporarily occupied territories are denied compensation for housing.

The occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied Kherson region have launched a large-scale development of the Azov Sea coast. This was reported by the Center for National Resistance of the SSO of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (CNS), informs UNN.
Details
It is noted that instead of restoring housing for locals, Russian structures, together with controlled planning institutions, are implementing commercial real estate projects.
Against this background, the situation for the residents of the region remains critical. ... Applications for compensation and housing restoration are deliberately delayed for people from the temporarily occupied territories. Instead, temporary solutions are offered - dormitories or communal apartments with minimal conditions
It is indicated that the main resources are directed to the development of coastal areas.
New residential complexes are not intended for locals - they are planned to be sold to Russians, including military personnel, security forces, and imported specialists. Thus, the occupiers simultaneously profit and change the demographic composition of the region
They add that this is effectively a systemic colonization: while local residents remain homeless, the occupation authorities are distributing land and building new infrastructure for the needs of Russian citizens.
Recall
Russians continue the militarization of Ukrainian children in the temporarily occupied territories. Thus, propagandists organized an exhibition of drawings by children from the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region in the Moscow region. All 15 works were dedicated to military themes.
