"National Register of Draft Dodgers": the "Honest Mobilization" movement called for submitting data on famous people evading the army.

Activists of the "Honest Mobilization" movement announced the creation of the "National Register of Draft Dodgers," which will feature dossiers on bloggers, anti-corruption activists, journalists, and other prominent Ukrainians who evade military service through various schemes.
"We announce the creation of the 'National Register of Draft Dodgers,' which will host dossiers on parliamentary assistants, bloggers, activists, journalists, and other well-known Ukrainians who evade mobilization through various schemes. Our goal is a complete overhaul of the country's deferment system to make it transparent and fair. Join us! Send us data about draft dodgers known to you. After verifying the information, we will publish dossiers on all these 'heroes' in one place," the movement's statement reads.
"Honest Mobilization" noted that thanks to their subscribers, they have already collected and verified numerous dossiers on VIP draft dodgers.
"A caste of untouchable VIP draft dodgers has formed in Ukraine, who have 'arranged' deferments or exemptions for themselves through money or connections. While ordinary guys haven't left the trenches and dugouts for five years, these 'anti-corruption crusaders,' bloggers, activists, and other privileged individuals are living their best lives and sending everyone to the front from the comfort of YouTube," the activists wrote.
In particular, they have already published dossiers on a number of public figures who call themselves activists and anti-corruption campaigners.
• Mykhailo Zhernakov, head of the DEJURE Foundation. According to data from the movement, to obtain a deferment, he provided a forged certificate of employment as a teacher at the Kyiv School of Economics.
• Vitaliy Shabunin, head of the Anti-Corruption Action Center (AntAC). "For years, he was listed as being on military service without leaving Kyiv, and even received 'combat pay'; now he is attending court hearings," the activists note.
• Blogger Danylo Mokryk. As "HM" writes, he obtained a deferment through a fictitious disability.
• Journalist Yuriy Nikolov. "After a 'busification' attempt, he arranged a deferment through a friend in the police based on caring for a sick relative," the movement's activists write.
• Dmytro Sherembey, head of the NGO "100% Life." According to data from "HM," he enlisted for fictitious service in the Territorial Defense and was later discharged into the reserve.
• Orest Rudyi, founder of AntAC. "At the beginning of the invasion, he fled abroad for money, and after the appointment of the friend of his wife Daria Kaleniuk (Executive Director of AntAC) as Minister of Defense, he returned to Ukraine and received a deferment," "HM" writes.
• Entrepreneur Oleksandr Sikora. As the movement's activists note, he "received a deferment as a single father after a fictitious divorce from Kateryna Sikora—a judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court, who had previously transferred almost all property to him."
"All their public activity is just a banal attempt to hide from the army. And these are only the most famous of the VIP draft dodgers. In fact, at least several battalions, if not an entire army corps, could be formed from their ranks," the "Honest Mobilization" activists emphasize.
