This issue, it is reported, has been put on the agenda of the meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives of EU countries on April 22. This concerns the approval of an amendment to the EU's multiannual budget – the last technical element needed to launch the loan for Ukraine, as announced on Monday, April 20, by the representative of Cyprus, which holds the presidency of the EU Council.
