As the Prosecutor General reported, "the Ukrainian side asks Israeli partners to seize the vessel and cargo, conduct a search, seize ship and cargo documentation, take grain samples, and interrogate crew members."

According to the investigation, PANORMITIS is transporting grain partially removed from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The products were loaded after transshipment from another vessel. Currently, as indicated, it is heading to the port of Haifa.

"Investigators have documented facts of the vessel's illegal entry into closed ports of Ukraine. This is a gross violation of Ukrainian legislation and norms of international maritime law," Kravchenko reported.

The pre-trial investigation of this case is being carried out by the Main Investigation Department of the SBU under the procedural guidance of prosecutors from the Office of the Prosecutor General.

"Since the beginning of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation, more than 1.7 million tons of agricultural products with a total value of over 20 billion UAH have been illegally exported from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine," the Prosecutor General reported.

The time of unpunished looting under foreign flags has ended. We continue to systematically identify every offending vessel and work on bringing to justice everyone involved in war crimes against Ukraine. We continue our work,
