As of 4:00 PM on April 2, Russian troops carried out 127 attacks on the front, with the greatest activity recorded in the Pokrovsk direction. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes UNN.

According to the military, the occupiers tried to break through the defense 36 times in the area of Pokrovsk and surrounding settlements. Some battles are ongoing. Active hostilities were also recorded in the Oleksandrivka, Huliaipole, and Orikhiv directions.

In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 58 shellings, including with the use of multiple rocket launchers. Border settlements of Sumy Oblast came under fire.

Separate combat clashes continue in the Kupyansk, Lyman, and Sloviansk directions. The enemy also intensified in the Kostiantynivka direction, where nine attacks were recorded.

In the Prydniprovsky direction, Russian troops are conducting assault operations in the area of the Antonivsky bridge.
