In Odesa, patrol officers detained a man who threatened passers-by with a knife and inflicted bodily harm on a child. In addition, according to the investigation, during the conversation, the man behaved aggressively, showed clear signs of intoxication, and continued to express threats. He was detained with the use of physical force and handcuffs.

The police checked his identity and established that he is considered a person who arbitrarily left a military unit, so he was handed over to the military law enforcement service. Investigators entered information into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 1 of Article 125 (Intentional minor bodily harm) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
