He said that this week he would welcome the President of Ukraine and NATO leaders to the summit in Washington.
"I will meet with President Zelensky to make clear that our support for Ukraine is unwavering. Together with our allies, we will announce new measures to strengthen Ukraine's air defense to help protect their cities and civilians from Russian attacks," Biden said.
