The number of children injured because of the war has increased: a minor was injured in Vinnytsia region

535 children were killed and more than 1257 were injured of varying severity in Ukraine as a result of Russia's armed aggression.

Over the day two children were injured because of armed aggression - a 17-year-old teenager in Vinnytsia region and a 7-year-old boy in Dnipropetrovsk region. In total, as a result of armed aggression of rf more than 1257 children were injured of varying severity. 535 children were killed. UNN reports this with reference to the Office of the Prosecutor General.

More than 1792 children have suffered in Ukraine as a result of Russia's full-scale armed aggression. As of the morning of March 15, 2024, according to official information from juvenile prosecutors, 535 children were killed and more than 1257 were injured of varying severity

- the statement said.

The Prosecutor General's Office emphasizes that these figures are not final.  Work is underway to install them in the areas of hostilities, on the temporarily occupied and liberated territories.

Children were most affected in the following regions: Donetsk - 524, Kharkiv - 338, Kherson - 149, Kyiv - 130, Dnipropetrovs'k - 123, Mykolaiv - 101, Zaporizhzhia - 100.

At the same time, two children were injured over the past day.

On March 14, a 7-year-old boy was injured as a result of shelling by the Russian army  in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovs'k region.

On March 14, a 17-year-old boy was injured as a result of hostile shelling in the village of Mazurivka, Tulchyn district, Vinnytsia region. Mazurivka, Tulchyn district, Vinnytsia region, a 17-year-old boy was injured.
