Tomorrow, December 24, backups of state registries that have been subjected to the largest-scale Russian cyberattack will be validated. This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Justice Mykola Kucheryavenko during a telethon, UNN reports.

As of today, the restoration of the registry system infrastructure has begun. Tomorrow, the backups will be validated, and the restoration is expected to begin according to the agreed plan. The platforms have already been formed, and we are starting to fill them with content

- Kucheryavenko said.

He noted that despite the fact that it was a powerful attack, the Ministry of Justice has backups and no information was lost.

Kucheryavenko also said that the Unified Register of Powers of Attorney, the Register of Special Forms and Notarial Documents, the Inheritance Register, and then the State Register of Civil Status Acts, the Unified State Register and the State Register of Property Rights will be restored first.

“At the same time, it should be borne in mind that there is no purely functional ability to launch these registries one by one, because they are interconnected and they must come to life as a whole. This is how we can restore full and absolute access to such registries,”

At the same time, the Deputy Minister stated that there is no functionality to launch all these registers one by one, as they are interconnected and will be launched in a complex.
