Former head of Ukrenergo Volodymyr Kudrytskyi stated that systemic problems of Ukrainian energy cannot be solved at the end of winter. According to him, preparations for difficult winter periods should have started several years ago.

Systemic problems of Ukrainian energy cannot be solved in a short time, especially at the end of winter. This was stated by the former head of "Ukrenergo" Volodymyr Kudrytskyi in an interview with the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center, UNN reports.
