Ukraine has fulfilled the conditions under the Ukraine Facility program and expects to receive the next tranche of EUR 4.1 billion from the EU in September. The government is also attracting a $3.9 billion grant from the United States through the World Bank, which is expected to be disbursed in the near future. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal following a government meeting on Tuesday, UNN reports.

According to him, the company continues to work with partners to raise the necessary funding.

"Ukraine has successfully fulfilled the indicators for the second quarter of 2024 for the Ukraine Facility program. We have a positive assessment from the European Commission. We are talking about reforms in the budget, customs, anti-corruption and energy sectors," Shmyhal said on Telegram.

We are counting on the next tranche from the EU in the amount of 4.1 billion euros as early as September this year. The government is also deciding today to attract a $3.9 billion grant from the United States. The funds will be disbursed through the World Bank. We expect this grant to arrive in the near future
