This was noted by the representative of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andriy Chernyak, during the presentation of the report "Beyond the Battlefield: Russia's Information War against the European Future of Ukraine." This report was presented by experts from the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and the European External Action Service.
