The Cabinet of Ministers has added funding for the construction of shelters, energy programs and dental prosthetics for defenders to the priority expenditures. This will allow us to receive funds faster and finance the necessary works and services without delay.
The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the list of priority expenditures that the state will fund in the first place. The funds will primarily be used to finance the construction of shelters, energy programs, and to finance a dental prosthetics project for Ukrainian defenders. This was stated by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a government meeting, UNN reports.

Today, we are taking two important steps (...) The second step is to expand the list of priority expenditures that the state finances in the first place. We have received such requests from all regions. Therefore, we are making appropriate decisions. This includes funding for the construction of shelters, energy programs of the Decarbonization Fund, and the priority of the state treasury's funding for dental prosthetics for our defenders will be increased. Such changes will allow us to receive funds faster and finance the necessary works and services without delay
