The Cabinet of Ministers decided to compile lists of critical facilities separately for the winter and summer periods. This will make it possible to distribute electricity more efficiently and increase the amount available to household consumers.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, at the initiative of the Ministry of Energy, made a decision aimed at a more efficient distribution of electricity. This was reported by UNN, citing First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
Details
As Shmyhal noted, lists of critically important facilities will now be compiled separately for the winter and summer periods. In addition, seasonal features of the energy system’s operation and the limits of electricity consumption capacity will be taken into account.
According to the Minister of Energy, these changes will allow:
- more effectively planning the distribution of available electrical
energy;
- increasing its available volume for household
consumers;
- ensuring a more even distribution among
regions;
- increasing the stability of the operation of Ukraine’s unified
energy system.
This decision will also make it possible to take seasonal features of electricity consumption into account more flexibly and will contribute to the stable operation of Ukraine’s energy system
