Terrorist from Holosiivskyi district recorded his actions on a dictaphone - National Police

The head of the National Police of Ukraine, Ivan Vyhivskyi, reported new details regarding the suspect in the case of the terrorist attack in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv. According to him, the terrorist recorded his actions on audio to justify himself later. At the same same time, law enforcement officers have already reconstructed the chronology of the tragic events, UNN reports.

Vyhivskyi noted that during the seizure of materials, law enforcement officers found an audio recording that captured the suspect's movements. According to the head of the National Police, the suspect may have recorded his actions to try to justify himself in the future.

The proceedings are now with the SBU, but indeed, when we seized it - there was this audio recording, we think that most likely he did it because he had already been prosecuted under Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - causing minor bodily harm, and in order to somehow, probably, justify himself later, he started a conflict and turned on this dictaphone. And we really hear for a certain period how he moves there. We have already clearly established the chronology of events

In addition, he reported that the data recorded on the recording allowed law enforcement officers to establish the course of events in detail.

It's about 10 minutes. From the moment the police were called until the moment he ran into the store - he managed to go upstairs, take a carbine, set the apartment on fire, move, shoot along the way, kill people, injure. That is, all this was 10 minutes, we clearly see it from this recording
