Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has attacked the AFU 63 times, concentrating efforts in the Pokrovsk direction. In the Huliaipole sector, ten attacks by the occupiers were repelled.

Since the beginning of the day, Russian troops have attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces 63 times, with the most active fighting continuing in the Pokrovsk direction. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in an operational summary as of 16:00, UNN reports.

According to the military, the occupiers also shelled the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions. Korenok, Shalyhyne, Ryzhivka, Bezsalivka, Semenivka, as well as the areas of Chernatske and Zernove, where the enemy used aviation, came under fire.
Most attacks – in the Pokrovsk direction
In the Pokrovsk direction, the Russians tried to break through the Ukrainian defense 26 times near Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Kotlyne, Udachne, and a number of other settlements. One combat engagement was still ongoing as of the afternoon.
Active fighting was also recorded in the Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi, Lyman, Kostiantynivka, and Huliaipole directions. In the Huliaipole direction, the Ukrainian military repelled ten enemy attacks.
The General Staff noted that Ukrainian forces continue to hold back Russian troops along the entire front line and inflict losses on the occupiers.
