Russians have launched a new massive attack on energy infrastructure facilities. Enemy missiles and drones damaged Ukrenergo substations and generation facilities in Odesa, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, and Kyiv regions
It is noted that "from 6:31 a.m., emergency shutdown schedules were introduced in Kharkiv region". In other regions, as indicated, consumption restrictions were not applied.
