Russia is using "Shahed"-type strike drones manufactured just a few days before launch for attacks on Ukraine. This was reported by Serhii Beskrestnov, advisor to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine and a specialist in radio technologies known by the call sign "Flash," UNN reports.

According to him, a "Shahed" manufactured literally a few days ago hit Kharkiv the day before.
The production date allows for an indirect assessment of the enemy's weapon stockpiles. "Shaheds" usually arrive with a production date of 5-15 days ago. This means Russia is attacking us literally straight "from the factory,"
He also noted that Iskander 9M723 ballistic missiles "are arriving with a 2025 production date."
This means Russia constantly maintains a stockpile of Iskanders of at least 180-250 missiles. This is bad. All "Zircons" arrive dated 2026. Kh-101 missiles are most often dated a few months before launch (2026). S-400 (RM48U) also arrive dated 2026. Kh-59s are dated the 3rd quarter of 2025.
He concluded that the production of UAVs and missiles in the Russian Federation does not allow for the formation of large stockpiles, "and almost everything goes to the front."
Reminder
First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Vyskub stated that Russia is installing electronic warfare systems on "Shahed"-type strike drones to make their interception by Ukrainian drones more difficult.
