Russia has been attacking Naftogaz facilities for the third consecutive day—infrastructure in the Chernihiv region is under fire, the Naftogaz Group reported on Tuesday, UNN writes.
Russian troops have been massively attacking the oil and gas infrastructure of the Naftogaz Group for the third day in a row. On the morning of May 19, the enemy launched strikes on several gas infrastructure facilities in the Chernihiv region at once,
According to the company, "as a result of drone hits on the territory of production facilities, the destruction of critically important equipment was recorded." "The personnel of one of the attacked facilities were evacuated. Most importantly, there were no casualties," noted Sergiy Koretsky, Chairman of the Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.
As indicated by Naftogaz, all relevant services are working on-site. An assessment of the consequences of the attack and clarification of the scale of the damage is ongoing.
